How to “Feel Good with Food” is coming to the Urban Village area of East Belfast! Launching in October 2020 this online cookery show series is for individuals as well as community groups & will be “Zoomed” & hosted & delivered by nutritionist Kim Close (The Kitchen Academy) and self-confessed “foodie”, Rosemary Morrison, who will bring you a series of delicious dishes, (their particular favourites), which are tasty, value-for-money, and easy to make. Each cookery episode will last no longer than one hour, hosted just before lunchtime, and enable you to cook along with the hosts who will provide hints & tips on nutrition & cost-saving recipe ideas. From tasty meatballs to succulent stir-frys, there is a dish to please everyone & with room for only 20 at each event, it’s time to book your place!
