CityEast provides a perfect location for our business. Being on the edge of the city centre has great advantages. It’s a very short distance to George Best Belfast City Airport and we can easily access train and local bus services. It is also perfectly placed for both the M1 and M2. Our staff and customers find the location much easier to use than a city centre base. The new superfast broadband access means we have started to deliver training and courses online in real-time. This has expanded our market and reduced travel costs. We can now deliver direct advice and information to customers through virtual face-to-face conferencing. CityEast is making business easier.

I would highly recommend any business looking for offices in a great location, with great supporting staff, to consider CITYEAST. Since moving into CITYEAST in 2012 we have been delighted with the outstanding facilities and helpful attitude of staff; nothing is too much trouble. The building and team project an air of professionalism which is frequently commented on by our clients. We couldn’t ask for a better serviced office.

Four years ago I had a business idea. With that came excitement. Excitement of being my own boss, making my own decisions, working my own hours to fit around my family, exploring my creative side, and also giving something back to my community. After the excitement came the nerves. Where would I start? And how do I take this idea an turn it into reality?
A friend suggested that I get in touch with the Go For it Programme which was delivered at East Belfast Enterprise, and thats exactly what I did. I was assigned a business advisor very quickly who took me through everything I would need to start up your own business. We covered many topics such as market research and tax that had I been dealing with on my own would have filled me with dread.
I was assisted in producing a business plan which proved to be an invaluable tool and one which I still use to this day. It was great to talk about my ideas and plans with other enthusiastic like minded people who were in the same situation as me.
I can honestly say that without the help of the programme I am not sure I would have had the confidence to drive my idea forward to where I am now.
