How to “Feel Good with Food” is coming to the Urban Village area of East Belfast! Launching in October 2020 this online cookery show series is for individuals as well as community groups & will be “Zoomed” & hosted & delivered by nutritionist Kim Close (The Kitchen Academy) and self-confessed “foodie”, Rosemary Morrison, who will bring you a series of delicious dishes, (their particular favourites), which are tasty, value-for-money, and easy to make. Each cookery episode will last no longer than one hour, hosted just before lunchtime, and enable you to cook along with the hosts who will provide hints & tips on nutrition & cost-saving recipe ideas. From tasty meatballs to succulent stir-frys, there is a dish to please everyone & with room for only 20 at each event, it’s time to book your place! Feel Good With Food

Are you in need of tea-time inspiration? Do you want to cook healthier meals for you and your family? Are you looking for quick and easy dinner recipes? Yes?! Then check out “Feel Good With Food”!

Feel Good with Food is a series of online cookery shows for individuals as well as community groups living in the Urban Villages area of East Belfast.
Hosted and delivered by self-confessed “foodie” Rosemary Morrison each episode will bring you tasty, value-for-money, and easy to make meals. Taking place on Zoom, each episode will last no longer than one hour and so you can choose to cook along with the host or simply watch and learn from the helpful hints and tips on nutrition and cost-saving recipe ideas. Recipes include Italian Meatballs with Spaghetti, Chicken sate skewers, and Keema curry!
